Rental Prices I'm the owner of unit and so forth can offer a special "all-inclusive package" with your booking. Prices are determined by time of year, number in your party and length of stay. Standard SeaHorse Ranch prices (without package) are here. Superior Tropical Garden Villa Villa #84 is considered a Superior Tropical Garden Villa (or partial ocean view) Normal occupancy is 6 but the unit can sleep much more. I suggest you email me with your requested dates and number in your party. Remember, prices include two full time employees (8.00 am to 4.00 pm daily, half on Sat) for all your needs (cooking, cleaning, baby-sitting etc.). Rosita is available if needed overnight or a full time cook (there is a private maids quarter). Of course repeat customers can expect bigger discounts. We also have special rates for couples only -- just let me know. To book a unit we need a 30% non-refundable deposit. Balance will be due 14 days before you arrive.
